What we wire

Three kinds of house, one way of working

We work for builders, not homeowners picking a contractor off the street. If you are building, this is the work.

  • A new house with exposed timber ceiling joists and wall framing on a plywood subfloor

    Custom homes

One crew lead from rough-in to final, a lighting plan that matches the drawings and a walk-through before the boxes go in.

  • A finished two-story house with a three-car garage lit at dusk on a wet street

    Spec and infill homes

A standard package per plan, priced once and repeated, with the spec sheet to keep every house the same.

  • A new row of gray townhouses beside a red dumpster and a construction road

    Townhome rows

Meter banks, panels and trim in sequence, one house after another, with one inspection calendar for the whole row.

Also on the job

Additions, pre-wire and rough-in for what comes next

  • Additions and second stories

New circuits tied into an existing panel, or a new panel when the plans call for it.

    • Load check before the bid

    • Tie-in to the existing service

    • Inspection with the new work

  • Low-voltage pre-wire

Data, TV and doorbell cable run at rough-in, while the walls are open.

    • Pull strings and boxes

    • Data and TV runs

    • Labeled at the panel

  • EV and generator rough-in

Conduit and capped circuits for a charger or a generator inlet, ready for the installer.

    • Conduit to the garage or pad

    • Breaker space reserved

    • Install priced as an add

Before you send plans

What do you need to write a bid?

The plan set with the electrical sheet, your fixture and appliance selections, the house address and the month you expect framing to finish. If the selections aren't final, we bid with allowances and mark them.

Who pulls the permit and books the inspections?

The bid says who holds the permit. Either way we book the rough-in and final inspections with the local codes office, and the crew lead is on site for both.

What if framing isn't finished when your crew is scheduled?

Sabiha moves us and tells your superintendent the same day. The schedule shows the hold, so nobody finds out from an empty house.

Do you trim houses you didn't rough in?

Sometimes. We walk the house first and list in writing anything we'd need corrected before trim. Then we set a trim date.

Not sure it fits? Send the plans

We will say yes, no or not yet, and why.
