Electrical for Nashville builders

Wired to your build schedule

Rough-in, inspection, trim and final for custom and spec homes across Middle Tennessee. One crew lead per house and one schedule you can read at a glance.

  • Red: rough-in
  • Blue: inspection
  • White: trim
  • Black: final

Phase 1 · Red wire

Rough-in

Boxes, cable and the panel go in once framing is complete and the roof is dried in. Our crew lead walks the house with your superintendent first.

  • Walk-through with the superintendent

  • Boxes set to the plans and the spec sheet

  • Meter base and panel set

Phase 2 · Blue wire

Inspection

We book the rough-in inspection with the local codes office, and the crew lead is on site when the inspector comes. Anything flagged gets a written fix list before insulation.

Phase 3 · White wire

Trim

After drywall and paint: devices, plates, fixtures, fans and the panel directory. Trim starts when your painter is out of the rooms.

  • Devices and plates

  • Fixtures hung to the lighting plan

  • Panel directory filled in

Phase 4 · Black wire

Final

Power on, every circuit tested, final inspection booked. Your superintendent gets a punch list sheet, room by room.

Builder spec sheet

Your standards, written down once

Before rough-in, one sheet fixes the choices that cause change orders.

Panel size, device counts, fixture allowances, low-voltage and EV pre-wire, and who orders what and when. Your superintendent keeps a signed copy and so does our crew lead.

  • Service and panel size

  • Receptacle, switch and light counts

  • Fixture and fan allowances

Builders

What builders say about the schedule

“Their crew lead walked the framing with my superintendent before a single box went up. The inspection date was on the schedule and on the door.”

Tammy P.Custom home builder, Franklin

“Trim started the morning after paint cleared the rooms. The punch list came back as one sheet, room by room, and nothing was missing from the panel directory.”

Eduardo S.Spec builder, East Nashville

“Eight townhomes in a row, one crew lead, one number to call when a plate was off. That is what we needed on the schedule.”

Questions builders ask

What do you need to write a bid?

The plan set with the electrical sheet, your fixture and appliance selections, the house address and the month you expect framing to finish. If the selections aren't final, we bid with allowances and mark them.

Who pulls the permit and books the inspections?

The bid says who holds the permit. Either way we book the rough-in and final inspections with the local codes office, and the crew lead is on site for both.

What if framing isn't finished when your crew is scheduled?

Sabiha moves us and tells your superintendent the same day. The schedule shows the hold, so nobody finds out from an empty house.

Do you trim houses you didn't rough in?

Sometimes. We walk the house first and list in writing anything we'd need corrected before trim. Then we set a trim date.

What is on the spec sheet, and who signs it?

Service size, device counts, fixture allowances, low-voltage and EV pre-wire, and who orders what. Your superintendent and our crew lead each keep a signed copy before rough-in.
